Local chicken marinated in buttermilk and spices, fried in seasoned corn flour and served with a trio of dipping sauces including spicy wildflower honey, house barbeque sauce and house-made ranch.


WILD BOAR EMPANADA+

Braised local boar, organic sweet potatoes, and caramelized onions in a baked empanada. Served with an avocado crema.


MEDITERRANEAN CROSTINI

Grand Central Bakery baguette crostini with grilled eggplant, house-made ricotta, roasted red pepper and garlic chives.

Local figs stuffed with Rogue Creamery blue cheese, wrapped in prosciutto and grilled.

Locally-farmed organic greens with grilled local peaches and toasted Freddy Guys hazelnuts. Served with a balsamic poppy seed vinaigrette.

PAN-ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST+

Local free-range chicken, citrus and herb marinated, roasted and served with an Italian-style salsa verde.


FRIED CHICKEN+

Bone-in local chicken marinated in buttermilk and dredged in seasoned flour. Available with choice of house-made dipping sauces: spicy wildflower honey, garlic aioli, Artemis barbeque sauce or ranch.


GRILLED FLANK STEAK**+

Local flank steak marinated with garlic and herbs. Grilled and served sliced, with a coriander crème fraîche and grilled corn salsa.


GRILLED BEEF TENDERLOIN**+

Filet of PNW beef tenderloin, marinated in garlic and black pepper. Served sliced, with house-made harissa and chimichurri.


SEARED SALMON **+

Herb-marinated PNW salmon filet, seared and served with blistered local cherry tomatoes.

Can be substituted with halibut, pending availability.


ROASTED SALMON**+

PNW salmon. slow-roasted and served with a lemon dill yogurt sauce and cucumber herb salad.
